Hello, my name is Ana Fisher, I am the President and CEO at Ayanti Residential Treatment Center. I am also the facility Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA). I hold a BSN in Nursing, a MSN in Nursing, and a MS in Mental Health. I am very dynamic, self-driven, self-motivated, compassionate, and passionate about everything I do. Since the age of 7 years old I knew that I wanted to be a nurse, and that I wanted to open a facility to care for children and the elderly. I have had a very successful career, however, I never shy away from my dreams. Today, I am honored to say that along with my team, we have been able to successfully launch and run a great operation dedicated to providing unsurpassed care to at risk children. I truly love what I do. What I love the most is being able to experience positive changes and growth on children with serious emotional troubles, Intellectual Disabilities, and Autism Spectrum
My name is Noel Fisher. I am known by the children at the RTC as “pops”. I am the Vice-president of this great Operations. I really love my role here because it allows me to interact and mold vulnerable children Into becoming the best and finest version of themselves. What I love the most is watching the children thrive, grow, and surpass every expectation. I am honored to have been chosen to lead the way for those who need it the most.
Hi! My name is Shakira Wilson, I am a very driven, self-motivated, compassionate, skilled, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual. I hold a BS degree in Health Science with a Minor in Education from Baylor University in Waco Texas. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Celular Science and Microbiology from the University of Florida. Growing up watching my mother displaying love and compassion towards everyone, a passionate desire to help and give back to those who need it the most was instilled in me. I have been the Executive Director at Ayanti since June 2022. During my tenure, I have enjoyed working with the wonderful team to provide young girls with the opportunity to change their lives. The most rewarding aspect of my role is being able to witness the journey and process of children that would have been otherwise written of by society bloom into resilient children equipped with the necessary life skills to succeed and become the best version of themselves. Leading such beautiful cause in my lifetime has been a true honor!
Hi! My name is Tia Johnson and I am the Treatment Director at Ayanti Residential Treatment Center. I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and hard working individual. I hold a B.A in Education Studies from Harris Stowe State University and a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Community Psychology from National Louis University. My favorite part about working at Ayanti is watching how much the girls grow and develop to make certain decisions for themselves and have a voice in their future.
Hello! My name is Iris Afolabi. I am thrilled and honored to be the facility manager at Ayanti Residential Treatment Center. I came to Ayanti with 15+ years experience in the mental health field. I hold an associate degree in business from Mcneese State University, and a bachelor degree in medical billing and coding from Florida Career College. I also hold and active CNA license in the State of Texas. Additionally, I am actively pursing a degree in nursing (RN) at Galen School of Nursing.. I am thankful and honored to be working in this role in a family oriented value driven company like Ayanti.. The best part of my job is knowing that I touch the life of our children, and I am able to make a positive impact in their lives one child at a time. My biggest joy is watching the smiles on their faces.
Hi! My name is Tatyana Sweet, and I am honored and grateful to be the Case Manager here at Ayanti. I truly love being an anchor to our children. I am a very outgoing, resilient, reliable, relatable, smart, and compassionate individual.
I currently hold an associate degree in health science, and I am actively pursuing a bachelor degree in health science as well. Knowing that each day I am making a positive impact on the lives of the children we serve means the world to me.
